Chain plate mesh belt is also known as chain mesh belt, chain plate conveyor belt, chain plate mesh belt, stainless steel plate conveyor belt, etc.
Chain plate mesh belt uses standard chain plate as the bearing surface and is driven by motor reducer; we can make the chain plate conveyor very wide and form differential speed by running multiple chains in parallel, and use the speed difference of multiple chains to make multiple columns of conveying become single column conveying without squeezing, so as to meet the requirements of single column conveying of beverage labeling, filling, cleaning and other equipment. It can also make single column into multiple columns and walk slowly, so as to generate storage capacity, meet the requirements of large-scale feeding of sterilizers, bottle storage tables and cold bottle machines. We can make the head and tail of two chain plate conveyors into overlapping mixed chains so that the bottle (can) body is in a dynamic transition state, so that no material is retained on the conveyor line.

Stainless steel chain plate conveyors generally do not need to be tensioned, but if the temperature difference is too large or the conveyor length is long, the chain plate may be tightened or relaxed. The best way is to use the method of adding an idler wheel in the middle, and use the self-generated weight of the idler wheel to achieve the purpose of tensioning the chain plate, or use a spring tensioning mechanism at the tail of the conveyor to keep the chain plate in a tensioned state. At the same time, the chain plate on the chain plate conveyor must be lubricated, otherwise there will be a little noise. The best solution is to lubricate the bottom of the chain plate accordingly.
